Новая версия Opera 11 с долгожданной системой расширений. Новые возможности Опера это менеджер расширений, который поможет скачивать отдельные плагины (addons for opera). Скачать Opera 11 бесплатно можно будет по сслыкам ниже.

Основным нововведением Opera 11 является долгожданная система расширений функциональности браузера. Система расширений позволяет добавлять в браузер дополнительные возможности и расширить его функциональность теми функциями, которые необходимы пользователю. Получить расширения можно в специальном разделе официального сайта. На данный момент доступно 19 расширений, а так как любой желающий может создать собственное расширение, то их число будет расти с каждым часом. Установка расширения происходит в один клик и не требует перезагрузки браузера.

Расширения построены на основе HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, специального API и основываются на спецификации W3C Widget. Ознакомиться с подробностями можно в официальном центре разработчиков.

Кроме расширений в Opera 11 Alpha включен обновленный движок Presto версии 2.6.37 с улучшенной производительностью, расширенной поддержкой веб-стандартов, поддержкой Websockets и сотнями исправлений. Помимо этого, Opera 11 имеет новый установщик, который устанавливает и обновляет программу в 2 раза быстрее, чем прежде.

Новая версия Опера 11 ещё в разработке, но уже может похвастаться новыми фукциями и большей скоростью работы.

Opera 11 — это популярнейший браузер от разработчиков из холодной Норвегии. Имеет собственное, весьма шустрое ядро, благодаря которому способен очень быстро обрабатывать страницы.
